Privacy Policy

This policy explains how INTEGRA ERP handles personal data when you visit the public website or submit a demo request or enquiry.

Last updated: July 13, 2026

INTEGRA ERP is the controller for the website processing described in this policy. This policy applies to the public website, pricing pages, contact forms, and demo requests. It does not govern data that customers process inside the INTEGRA ERP platform under separate subscription and service agreements.

If you submit a request on behalf of an organization, provide only the business information needed for the request and ensure you are authorized to provide it.

We collect information you provide directly through the contact form and limited technical information generated when you use the website or needed to protect it.

Name, organization, phone number, industry, branch range, and user range are required to submit and process the form. Email and note text are optional. If required fields are not provided, the form cannot be submitted, but you may use the published direct contact channel instead.

  • Your name, organization name, phone number, and email address when you choose to provide it.
  • Industry, branch count, expected user range, and any optional notes you write.
  • Request language, submission time, request identifier, and response status.
  • Limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, request headers, and security signals needed to prevent abuse and apply submission limits.
  • Limited usage and analytics data after your optional consent, as described below.

We limit processing to the purposes explained at collection or compatible purposes, relying on consent or another appropriate legal basis depending on the processing activity.

  • Receive, validate, respond to, and prepare relevant follow-up for a demo request or enquiry.
  • Understand the requested industry and operating scale so our response relates to your needs.
  • Operate and secure the website, prevent automated or fraudulent requests, and diagnose failures.
  • Measure page and conversion performance and improve the website experience when you consent to analytics.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and protect rights and legitimate interests where permitted by law.

Google Analytics loads only when a Measurement ID is enabled and you choose to allow analytics. If allowed, we may process page type, language, industry context, sanitized campaign attribution, and selected interactions such as CTA clicks, billing-period changes, and contact-form stages.

We do not intentionally send names, phone numbers, email addresses, organization names, note text, or raw form contents to analytics. Advertising signals, ad personalization, and ad user data remain disabled by the website. You can decline or later change your choice through the analytics-settings button, and you can clear local storage through your browser.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose the minimum necessary information to providers processing it for us or to legally authorized recipients.

  • Internal systems used to receive website requests and manage sales follow-up.
  • Hosting, infrastructure, security, and support providers needed to operate the website.
  • Google for optional analytics after consent.
  • Professional advisers, regulators, courts, or public authorities when disclosure is required or permitted by law.

Some service providers may use infrastructure outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where cross-border transfer requirements apply, we use measures and safeguards required by the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations and limit transfers to data necessary for the stated purpose.

We retain contact-request data for the time needed to respond, follow up on the business opportunity, and manage any resulting relationship. We then delete or anonymize it unless retention is required to meet a legal obligation, document a transaction, or protect a legal right.

Security and anti-abuse records are kept for a period proportionate to protection and investigation needs. Your analytics choice remains in your browser until you change it or clear browser data. Analytics data follows the retention setting approved when GA4 is activated.

We apply technical and organizational controls appropriate to the data, including input validation, access restrictions, contact-endpoint protection, submission rate limits, and data minimization in logs. No electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed absolutely secure, but we review safeguards and handle incidents under applicable requirements.

Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, you may exercise rights to be informed, access your data, obtain a copy, request correction, completion or updating, request destruction, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also complain to the competent Saudi personal-data authority.

  • Email info@integra-erp.com and describe the right you wish to exercise.
  • We may request information reasonably needed to verify identity and protect the data before acting.
  • We will respond under applicable procedures and time limits and explain any restriction permitted by law.

The website is intended for business representatives and professionals and is not designed to collect children's data. If we learn that a child's information was collected without an appropriate basis, we will take steps to delete it under applicable requirements.

We may update this policy when website practices or applicable requirements change. We will publish the current version and its latest update date on this page. For privacy questions, rights requests, or complaints, contact info@integra-erp.com.
